8.2 Limitations:However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

8.3 User Responsibility:The security of your wallet and private keys is your exclusive responsibility. The Platform does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover funds lost due to loss or compromise of keys.

9.1 Blockchain Information:Since information on the blockchain is immutable and public, we cannot modify, delete, or restrict access to already confirmed transactions.

9.2 Frontend Information:You can delete cookies and local storage data from your browser at any time. This may affect your saved preferences (language, theme).

9.3 Access and Portability:Since we do not collect traditional personal data, there is no personal data to access or port in the traditional sense.

9.4 Right to be Forgotten:The "right to be forgotten" is not applicable to blockchain information, as transactions are immutable and public by design.

RSC P2P Market is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information from our systems (to the extent possible, considering the immutable nature of blockchain information).
