By accessing and using RSC P2P Market ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

RSC P2P Market is a decentralized infrastructure that facilitates peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions through smart contracts. The Platform does not custody funds, does not act as a financial intermediary, and does not guarantee transactions.

2.1 Non-Custodial Infrastructure:RSC P2P Market operates as coordination infrastructure. All funds remain under the exclusive control of users through verifiable smart contracts. The Platform never has access to your funds.

2.2 No Intermediation:Transactions are executed directly between users' wallets. The Platform provides the interface and coordinates communication, but does not participate in financial transactions.

2.3 No Warranties:The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, security, or results of any transaction.

3.1 Eligibility:You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

3.2 User Responsibility:You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• Verifying all transactions before confirming them
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Evaluating the reputation and credibility of other users
• Understanding the risks associated with P2P transactions

3.3 Prohibitions:You are prohibited from using the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

4.1 P2P Transaction Risks:Peer-to-peer transactions carry significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Counterparty risk: the other user may not fulfill their obligations
• Risk of fraud or scams
• Risk of total loss of funds
• Price volatility risk
• Technical risk of smart contracts
• Risk of loss of private keys

4.2 No Insurance or Protection:There is no deposit insurance, consumer protection, or refund mechanism. Losses are permanent and irreversible.

4.3 Use at Your Own Risk:You acknowledge and accept that you use the Platform at your own risk. The Platform assumes no responsibility for losses or damages.

5.1 Verification:All smart contracts used on the Platform are open source and verifiable. You are strongly encouraged to review the contract code before using them.

5.2 No Code Warranty:Although contracts are verifiable, we do not guarantee that they are free from errors, vulnerabilities, or exploits. The code is provided "as is".

5.3 User Responsibility:You are responsible for understanding how smart contracts work and for verifying all transactions before confirming them.

6.1 No KYC:RSC P2P Market does not require identity verification (KYC) to use the Platform. Privacy is a feature of the protocol.

6.2 Legal Responsibility:The absence of KYC does not exempt users from complying with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations that may apply in their jurisdiction.

6.3 Blockchain Data:All blockchain transactions are public and immutable. The Platform cannot hide or delete transactions once they have been confirmed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSC P2P Market, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Platform is free from errors, interruptions, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RSC P2P Market, its developers, operators, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, and expense (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. However, transactions already confirmed on the blockchain cannot be reversed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts, as permitted by applicable law.
